With Swap & Go, exchanging your empty cylinder is quick and stress-free. Choose the option that works best for you: visit any Anasset station for an instant swap, or have our team pick up your old cylinder and deliver a filled replacement directly to your location.

How It Works

Swap at the Station

Bring your empty cylinder to any Anasset station and exchange it for a filled one in minutes.

Our team inspects the cylinder, confirms its condition, and assists with the order and payment process. Once payment is confirmed, you receive a pre-filled, cylinder ready for use.

Home Pick-Up & Swap

Prefer to stay home? Our delivery team will bring you a filled cylinder and pick up your empty one directly from your home or business.


The same inspection and safety checks apply, giving you a reliable and convenient exchange service without the need to visit the station

If your cylinder requires refurbishment or replacement, we will communicate this clearly upfront, and any applicable cost will be settled before the exchange is completed.

Cylinder Exchange

After we confirm payment, we will release a properly inspected, pre-filled cylinder of the same size to you. Every cylinder is verified to be in good condition, properly sealed, and ready for safe use.

What Happens to Your Old Cylinder

All returned cylinders are securely stored and later assessed by Head Office. Cylinders that can be refurbished are processed accordingly, while those deemed unsafe are permanently removed from circulation. This ensures that only safe, compliant cylinders remain in use.

Door-to-Door Delivery

Our Door-to-Door Delivery service brings convenience directly to you. Wherever you are in Accra, you can order gas and have it delivered safely and efficiently.

At the point of ordering, you select your cylinder size, preferred payment method, and delivery window.

Delivery Scheduling

We offer both scheduled and same-day delivery options:

  • Same-Day Delivery: For urgent needs (subject to daily cut-off time)
  • Pooled Deliveries: Cost-efficient deliveries grouped by location on designated days

Orders placed after the daily cut-off are automatically scheduled for the next available delivery slot, and our team will promptly inform you.

Payment Options

You can choose to:

  • Pre-pay online for a faster handover
  • Pay on delivery via mobile money or POS

In all cases, payment must be confirmed before the cylinder is handed over.

If You’re Not Available

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to reach you and wait briefly. If unsuccessful, the delivery is rescheduled at no extra cost for the first attempt. A second missed delivery will result in cancellation, with refunds issued for prepaid orders.
